Located in the Village of Catskill in the Hudson Valley and steeped in history, the Thomas Cole National Historic Site is a distinctive locale for your celebration. With a new building by an AD100 designer, 19th-century beauty, enthralling mountain views, and verdant gardens and grounds, the site is a singular setting. Opening in 2024, the new Cole Center building and bluestone Forecourt offer endless possibilities.

The Cole Center and Forecourt
The Cole Center interior offers a chic setting for elegant dinners with towering windows opening onto the bluestone Forecourt, which features sunset views of the Catskill Mountains for scenic cocktails.
The Storehouse Studio
The Storehouse Studio offers a magical setting for the Bridal Suite, in the same building where the artist painted storied American landscapes. The Storehouse also offers a distinctive setting for elegant rustic dinner parties.
The Main Lawn
Dotted with perennial gardens, the Main Lawn offers a verdant setting for ceremonies and dinner tents.
The Main House Porch
The vista from the Main House Porch is available for photography with sublime views of the Catskill Mountains.
Location Rentals
The Thomas Cole Site provides a unique location for editorial and commercial film and still photography shoots. We review requests on a case by case basis. Previous shoots have been arranged for clients including Gucci and with photographers including Annie Leibovitz.
