A Pivotal Moment to Support

This summer marks the 200th Anniversary of Thomas Cole’s first trip to Catskill, which changed the course of American art. His iconic paintings and impassioned writings advocated for the preservation of the natural landscape and gave rise to the country’s identity of “America the beautiful.”
Your support is more important now than ever to safeguard everything that has been achieved here at Thomas Cole’s home and studios and everything that is to come. Together, we will increase our service to the community by serving more visitors and raise the international profile of one of America’s greatest treasures.
