In Support Of

This summer marks the 200th Anniversary of Thomas Cole’s first trip to Catskill, which changed American Art forever. The paintings he made of the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains launched not only his career, but the major American art movement known as the Hudson River School of landscape painting. His paintings gave rise to the country’s identity of “America the beautiful” and went on to inspire the formation of the National Park System.

To celebrate, we hope you will join us for cocktails, dinner, and fireworks overlooking the Hudson River at the beautiful home of our Chairman, Lisa Fox Martin, in Catskill, NY.

Your support is critical for this organization and the community it serves. This event comprises a big part of our annual operating budget, enabling us to present world-class exhibitions and engaging community programming in this underserved area.

Thank you for being an important part of this special place!
